Who are the students targeted?

Anyone can be a victim of violence. Factors that increase a young person’s vulnerability to violence include disability, extreme poverty, ethnicity and sexual orientation or gender identity.

Children who live in institutional care or who are migrants, especially those who are unaccompanied or separated from adult caretakers, are also vulnerable.
